The Midwest Meow Fest is the region’s newest convention to obsess over and learn about all things feline. Shop for quirky cat gifts! Browse the latest in cat food, litter and treats! Attend inspiring and educational sessions led by local veterinarians, shelter staff and our guest speaker, kitten influencer, Hannah Shaw, the Kitten Lady!
The Midwest Meow Fest is a passion project for Kim Sult of The Cat Lady Cafe here in South Bend, IN. The Cat Lady Cafe has helped over 300 cats find their fur-ever home since opening in March of 2023! Assisted by their amazing partner, the Humane Society of St. Joseph County, CLC provides a relaxing environment for cats and humans to enjoy each other’s company while sipping on some yummy drinks. The Midwest Meow Fest is the next step in promoting adoption, educating the importance of spay and neuter, and celebrating the positive impact that cats have on our lives.
Our committee is comprised of volunteers from the Cat Lady Cafe, Humane Society of St. Joseph County, Pet Refuge, Meow Mission and Elkhart County cat lovers and supporters.
